How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
We work to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. As soon as payment is accepted and an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed for packaging and shipment. This means that there is only a very small window of time where we can catch an order before it is shipped. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to process an order cancellation, or make any desired changes to an order, after an order has been placed. 

 


Does OASIIS accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our contact form within 10 days of delivery. We’re happy to work with you to find a solution and ensure you have the best experience possible.
